Proposed Amendments: Increase the Grant amount by $5,400,000; increase the estimated total cost of the Project by $10,800,000; increase the amount of Matching Funds to be provided by the private company source by $5,400,000; extend completion deadline to May 31, 2026; re-allocate some budget line items; and increase the total number of net New Jobs required in the Performance Metrics by 159.
