Additional Funding Request: $0
Proposed Amendments: add 18-month expenditure submission deadline; update audit requirements; update the budget; delete a previous budget category for Matching Funds, “Incentives Packages,” reallocate previously approved Matching Funds from “Incentives Packages” Budget category to “Cash Portion of the Matching Funds” Budget category, and reduce total Grant award with corresponding Matching Fund reduction
