Please take notice that on June 22, 2026, at its regular meeting, the Board of Triumph Gulf Coast, Inc., will take up for consideration and intends to approve the following proposals for amendments to existing awards pursuant to s. 288.8017, Florida Statutes (2017):
Amendment to Existing Grant Award Agreement for Project #258
Applicant: Bay County Board of County Commissioners
Additional Funding Request: $0
Proposed Amendments: update the budget; and reallocate previously approved Matching Funds from the “Lease Payments” and “State and/or County Tax Incentives” Budget categories to “Renovation, Construction, and Equipment” Budget category

Applicant: Franklin County, Florida Board of County Commissioners
Additional Funding Request: $70,000
Proposed Amendments: increase Grant funds; update the budget; reallocate previously approved funds from calendar year 2025 to 2026 and increase total Project cost; add 18-month expenditure submission deadline; extend the Completion Deadline; update reporting requirements; and update performance metrics
